Funded and Facilitated by El Paso Children’s Hospital Foundation

Project C.A.R.E. (Community Access to Rehabilitation Equipment) provides free medical equipment - like wheelchairs, walkers, shower chairs, and hospital beds to uninsured and financially strained patients at El Paso Children’s Hospital and University Medical Center.

Through community donations of new or gently used equipment, the Foundation helps families safely care for their children at home, whether recovering short-term or managing long-term needs. Equipment is distributed by referral from hospital social workers to ensure it reaches those who need it most.

To donate equipment, contact Carolyn Williams at (915) 521-7229 ext. 80528 or CWilliams@umcelpaso.org to coordinate a pickup.

Your donation can make healing at home possible for a child in need.
